Dreamah H. Lockwood, paranormal romantic suspense and ghostly crime fiction author, is the pseudonym for Patricia S. Ross. She loves to read and especially write books with an unusual twist. She is using the name Dreamah H. Lockwood as a memorial to her sister who died in 2012. A CIRCLE OF MURDERS is her first work submitted for e-publishing. She writes romantic suspense and crime fiction., CREATING KATHRYN CROWN is her second book.

The third book in the series, THE SNATCHER, will be out hopefully in 2023. Her latest romantic suspense ghost story, FOR LOVE of HANNAH, is available on Amazon. In the meantime, give her other novels a read. She loves to write and hopes to produce two novels a year, one in the Jonas Black series and one romantic suspense novel. She will certainly try.

LONG BIOGRAPHY

Dreamah H. Lockwood is the pseudonym for Patricia S. Ross. She loves to read and especially write books with an unusual twist. She is using the name Dreamah H. Lockwood as a memorial to her sister who died in 2012.

Pat admits to being a workaholic. She does socialize with family and friends but mostly works on writing crime fiction thrillers, romantic suspense novels, or creating oil paintings. Besides her house, she four cats and her two rescue dogs, one a Chihuahuas and the other a Miniature Doberman, to keep her busy. She also feeds the birds and the occasional squirrel that drops by the yard. Pat now lives in Ohio, but her heart remains in the Rockies.

Patricia was born in the coal mining town of Aracoma, West Virginia. An avid reader, she will stay awake until the wee hours to finish a book. She started writing while in middle school. Her love for mysteries was born after watching the movie, Death by Natural Causes.

She started out writing romantic suspense novels, such as her first two books, A CIRCLE OF MURDERS and CREATING KATHRYN CROWN which are based on actual events gleaned from separate newspaper articles. A CIRCLE OF MURDERS is her first novel submitted for e-publishing.

THE STONE KILLER evolved into a romantic crime thriller. The idea came from watching a news report of a stoning in a middle-eastern country because a young married woman had an affair. The girl was stoned to death; nothing happened to the man, which was wrong.

THE STONE KILLER is the first in the Jonas Black series with a Colorado Springs setting. All books in the series are set at the foot of Pike’s Peak. THE STONE KILLER involves a ghost and the search for a serial killer determined to dish out his form of justice to those whom he has condemned to die. Retired Homicide Detective and her former boss at the Colorado Springs Police Department, Larry Herbert, keeps her on track with police procedures.

Her books are derived from criminal stories she reads in the newspaper, sees on the television news or gleaned from a magazine article. She takes the crime and builts a story of justice for the victims around the events. Pat believes the punishment for child molesters and sex offenders across the country is far too lenient. No child molester or violent sex offender should ever be released from prison.

WOW! A CIRCLE OF MURDERS

I really don't even know where to begin.... it is a very crazy interesting story. I really did enjoy it. Some parts I felt horrible reading and I know there are people out there like that it's just hard to read and accept sometimes but man this book was intense the whole time. There was a few areas in the book I thought that could go else where and lead into another plot but it was still good. Please take the time to read this!! Julie

A CIRCLE OF MURDERS

A brutally realistic story that pulls everything together in the end in a very satisfying way.,

This story deals with very real social issues with a story line that manages to pull together what appear to be unrelated incidents into a carefully woven plot. The characters are strong, each in their own way and even if you figure out the relationship between all of the characters early you'll have trouble putting down the book.

The book grabs your interest from page one and keeps going until the very last sentence. It has many twists and turns and keeps you glued to the book until it's completely finished. Can't wait to read the next one and I understand a third one is in progress

CREATING KATHRYN CROWN

Let's start with the cover: "Eye catching, exquisitely beautiful, striking!" Stands out on a book shelf.

The content: Buckle up for a wild ride with an interesting cast of colorful characters. Half way through the book I was suspicious of everyone. Good descriptions of locales...I felt like I was totally there. Some writers, "for the sake of reality", leave some loose ends at the end of a book. This writer doesn't leave you hanging around the end of the book with unanswered questions. I was so tickled with the ending

that I said, "Well, I'll be damned"...then I laughed out loud and read the ending again. A few errors in the print, but I forgot to write down the pages.

Hurry up with that next book...I'm waiting impatiently!

CREATING KATHRYN CROWN

This was an amazing book. There was no second guessing about anything. So many twists and turns that you couldn't lay it down once you started. Until the last few pages you couldn't figure out the ending. And that was a complete surprise as well. Highly recommend this author. Can't wait for her next book.

Oh My God !!! Stone Killer is the most fascinating mystery I have read. You literally do not know who the killer is until the end. Everything flows and it is hard to put it down and get anything done. Looking forward to the next book.
